If you still can’t lose the fats, how about giving yourself your own stimulus plan? Instead of rewarding yourself after every time you lose weight, maybe giving yourself a bonus before you even start sweating out will work.
As mentioned, losing weight is a brutal cycle that involves both the physical and mental. So if you merely keep getting more depressed each time you step into the weighing scale, give yourself a leaner body even before you begin your fitness plan.
You can enter a physical fitness program that helps lose weight faster or ask a doctor to remove all your fats for you. After losing the pounds, then start working out. You can do to see yourself in a slimmer body, thus giving you an idea that you in a perfect shape is possible. This will give you an optimistic attitude to exercise, and will help you get motivated to maintain your body.
The incentive plan shouldn’t be misused, though. You are giving yourself one because you wish to stop the cruel cycle and begin a fitness phase with an optimistic mentality. But relying on it fully and shunning your wellness program is not the best course of action to take. Remember, you want to lose weight to stay healthy.
