A New Way to Treat Cellulite

Cellulite mostly appears in women — men are rarely affected by this condition. 90% of women have cellulite, and it typically occurs in the lower limbs, abdomen and pelvic region. It is generally hard to treat cellulite. Medically speaking, there is no known cure for cellulite. Numerous therapies have been tried in history, but none really shows any promising curing cellulite. The single most effective preventive measure for cellulite is to closely control your lifestyle in the first place. Eat healthy, sleep well, and exercise regularly. However, we all know this is easier said than done. To most, surgery is the most convenient way to remedy their cellulite problems.

There are several surgical procedures for cellulite reduction. The most popular examples are:

#1 – Liposuction – This does not reduce cellulite, but it helps eliminate accumulated fat in localized areas. The procedure involves using a hollow tube to suck out the fat in trouble areas. The procedure can be used to shape the body more closely to what’s preferred.

# 2 – lower body lift or elevator cellulite – a procedure, the physician must make incision around the belly area. Excess skin and fat can be removed and the abdomen, thighs and buttocks can be tightened and lifted. This process is known as “Tummy Tuck”.

# 3 – Mesotherapy – This is a non-invasive procedure can cause a number of injection drugs in the problem areas to reduce cellulite. This procedure is performed several times over a period of time, to achieve the desired result.

It recommends that people increase cellulite surgery regular physical activity in medical visit. Exercise helps to burn fat and improve skin elasticity.

Cellulite surgery is not cheap. They are often expensive and difficult to get a good experienced doctor decides to do the procedure. Many factors are taken into account in the decision to go with a knife. These procedures may require that you have some time off work, as some activities for several days of recovery time.

Bruising and swelling may also be a side effect of the operation. In some cases, the appearance of uneven skin color in recent months. These operations are not 100% reliable.
