2. Changing your entire lifestyle is very important when it comes to weight loss and keeping the weight off after you have lost it. You must begin to act and think ?healthy? in order to beat this challenge. Fit an exercise routine into your daily schedule and learn to do other things when you are bored than eat.

3. You must take a little time and educate yourself about losing weight, know the methodology behind diets and exercise and understand how your metabolism works. You must learn how to effectively burn calories and how to not take in hidden calories. You may even have to retrain yourself on how to eat. There is a way to eat slowly and get full on less food. Learn how your body burns and stores fat and how can you reduce fat intake by taking an effective fat blocker. These things will help immensely when you actually begin your weight loss program.

4. Your metabolism is a tricky creature. You must never skip meals, you may think that you are taking in fewer calories, and you are, however, every time you skip a meal, your metabolism will slow down and your body will try to not burn calories. Eating regularly will keep your metabolism working in your favor. I cannot stress how important this is.

5. You must then talk to your doctor before you start exercising for weight loss , this will be good as he will know your overall health and if you can handle the program you are thinking of doing.

6. You must increase your activity level, instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Instead of driving to the park, walk. Do some actives outdoors, like gardening? These simple things will give you extra activities to speed up your metabolism and burn extra calories.

7. One of the best ways to burn extra fat is to walk; you should set aside 15-30 minutes per day and walk. This will do wonders for your results.

8. Get a partner to do this program with. You can encourage each other and challenge each other. This makes dieting and exercise more fun.

9. Do some homework and learn to eat healthy. You should take time to know which foods are good for your diet and which are not. You can cook new recipes to make things fun and exciting each day.

10. Using foods that are ?light? versions are very good for reducing calorie intake. You will get used to using these and not even notice in a very short time.
